My work sits between brand, commercial growth, senior relationships and operational clarity. I work alongside founders and leadership teams with a strong quality proposition, and make sure it carries through how a business behaves, presents itself to the world and engages the right people. I focus on brands that want to be taken seriously, not just be noticed.

For a decade I ran client and commercial operations at Winkreative, the brand consultancy alongside Monocle — building the new business function, managing senior client relationships and projects across Europe, APAC, North America and the Middle East, and ensuring the business functioned with clarity and profitability.

Before that, I grew L'Oréal brands Yves Saint Laurent, Shu Uemura and Kiehl’s in Australia and the UK. Most recently, I led a brand evolution project for Sonoma.
